From sweeping floors to running a thriving print shop, I’ve built my career on hard work, dedication, and genuine relationships. I’m Andrew Barnes, owner of Winter Print, a local commercial print shop where I focus on improving operations, connecting with customers, and exploring new opportunities. My journey began as a janitor and grew through inside and outside sales before I took the leap into business ownership. When I’m not at Winter Print, I’m a proud husband and father of four amazing children, and I love exploring the history of the world. I believe success is built not just on effort, but on valuing the people I work with and employ.
