I create massage experiences designed to help your body shift out of stress and back into regulation. Each session is intentional and responsive, guided by how your muscles, breath, and nervous system are communicating in the moment.
Rather than following a routine, I work with what your body presents that day. The goal is simple: release accumulated tension, support nervous system balance, and help you reconnect with a sense of ease and presence.
Over the years, I’ve learned that real change in the body doesn’t come from forcing it, it comes from listening to it. That philosophy shapes every session.
Outside the treatment room, I’m a mom, wife, grandma, dog mom, and coffee mug designer. Life is full and layered, and I bring that perspective into my work. Caring for people well starts with understanding that every body carries a story.
