Hillary Adams is the owner, Founder, and CEO of Plunder Design, a fashion jewelry company.

It was Hillary's commitment to family that pulled her from a career that required that she work out of the home and led her to begin hand-making vintage jewelry while sitting in the stands watching her son play basketball. Hillary's success in selling her jewelry at events was impressive and a blessing to their family; but it was not scalable past her own capacity to produce and sell. After connecting with other vendors at events, the idea was born that she should take her product to a bigger market on a Direct Sales platform.

Today, Plunder Design is a company headed for its next steep surge in growth. They have launched in Canada and have announced the upcoming release of their materials in Spanish that will better serve the Spanish-speaking population in the US and Canada.

Hillary's life is rich and full and anything but boring. She is 1 part executive, 2 parts fashionista, 3 parts creative, but 6 parts mom. She balances her eye for fashion and her creative spirit because the 6 most significant pieces of her heart call her "Mom".

On the Plunder Design website (plunderdesign.com), Hillary tells the Plunder story and shares her motivation. "I wanted women of all walks of life to feel the ageless beauty that comes with wearing timeless pieces." Today, over five years after Plunder was originally launched, Hillary is very public about sharing her commitment to helping women find the beauty inside themselves and others. She challenges her Stylists to "FIND HER", that unapologetic, gutsy girl that lives inside each of us. The world needs more real, raw, and relatable. The world needs more HER!
