Celebrate and support the educational achievement of girls and women in our community and learn how you can help empower the next generation of women leaders. You can help ensure Utah women and girls have the opportunities and the tools to pursue their educational dreams regardless of race, income, or ZIP code. Proceeds from Power of Your Purse support; High school mentoring and tutoring Scholarships for first-generation high school graduates STEM learning opportunities in Title 1 schools Be inspired by stories of young women in our community who are overcoming incredible odds to achieve success in school and in life. About Women United: Over the past decade, United Way of Salt Lake Women United members have raised millions of dollars to support local educational initiatives and committed thousands of hours as volunteers in our community. Women United is making a local and global impact through its growing force of more than 75,000 women in 165 communities and six countries.
