OFFER is Planting Seeds of Hope to commemorate Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia Awareness Day this year by hosting an open house. Join us to connect with other patients and families and learn about CURRENT information on a variety of illness management topics at the Information Stations. Tickets are not required but we need you to RSVP to ensure adequate chairs and materials will be available.
