After breakfast, the two best dressed fans from each team
will compete to forecast the winner of the football game in September.
Prizes will be involved.
Star Quarterback Rick Allen
Better known as Thanksgiving Point Director of Food and Beverage
Rick will coach us in preparing selections for our own mouth watering tailgate spread.
No fumbles or flags allowed, just tasting fabulous game day fare.

Thanksgiving Point is pleased to introduce our new Director of Food and Beverage, Rick Allen.
Play book: Rick oversees all menu development, concepts and designs for our various food outlets including Harvest Restaurant, Curiosity & Trellis Cafes, Tower Deli and Conferences and Catering. He has had the opportunity to teach many cooking classes and appear on recurring TV cooking segments.
Victories: Rick holds his CEC (Certified Executive Chef) Certification through the American Chef's Federation and has enjoyed working as an adjunct Chef instructor for UVU in Culinary Arts. Other venues that Rick has held the Executive Chef position are: Sheraton Hotel in SLC and Primary Children's Hospital.
First round draft pick: Thanksgiving Point stole Rick from the Prime Restaurants Group where he was the Corporate/Executive Chef for Blankent Foods. He developed a line of proprietary products for Malawi’s Pizza, La Jolla Groves Restaurants, and Spoonful of Comfort.
Family man: Rick has been married for 19 years to his wife, Jenene, and is dad to 4 children. He loves watching Little League Baseball, shooting, camping, biking, tennis and music.
