Description
Learn more about the recently passed legislation allowing Benefit Corporations in Utah. Learn what a Benefit Corporation is and how to go about setting one up. Senator John Valentine and Rep. Keven Stratton, the legislators who carried the bill in the legislature, will be there to explain more about it. Also, a few B Corp business owners from other states will speak and answer questions.
