She is currently a senior vice president of community relations at Zions Bank\, where she oversees the business radio program\, "Speaking on Business." The almost 20-year-old program can be heard on KSL News Radio and over 20 other radio stations throughout Utah and Idaho. As additional outreach\, it's in Community magazine with a video version on YouTube and a digital presence serving Utah and Idaho.\n\n \n\nIn 2015\, Redgrave was appointed as the Chair of the Zions Bank Women's Business Forum. She is also a member of the Executive Board for Visit Salt Lake. In 2008\, Redgrave became the second woman to chair the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors. In 2009\, she was named the Athena\, a prestigious national award. In 2011\, Redgrave was listed by American Banker as one of the Most Powerful Women in Banking. In 2014 and 2015\, she received the Best of State Award for Journalism.\n\n \n\nShe currently resides in Salt Lake City with her husband and their two dogs.
