DESCRIPTION:WBN's upcoming June luncheon will feature Becky Potts\, the Region President for Frontier Communications\, which employed nearly 400 people when it first opened its Provo Contact Center in Aug. 2014 and continues to grow. Becky will be speaking on work/life balance\; read her bio to know that she knows what she's talking about!\n\nBecky was named President of Frontier's National Region in April 2015 encompassing nine states and overseeing field operations\, marketing\, engineering\, finance\, commercial sales and local engagement relations and reinforcing the Company's customer-centric culture. Her wealth of knowledge in management and customer relations played a key role in the success of Frontier's contact centers.\n\nBecky has worked for other renowned companies including AT&T Wireless\, Morris Murdock Travel and Xerox\, as well as serving on the boards of United Way of Salt Lake\, Wells Fargo\, Board of Trustees at Westminster College and the American Express Travel Board. Becky guided the AT&T Wireless sponsorship of the 2002 Winter Olympics.\n\nFrontier Communications\, a Fortune 500 Company based in Connecticut\, is headed up by its Chairman and CEO Maggie Wilderotter.\n\nRegister for the June 18 luncheon prior to the 16th for a discount price--it's $18 before the 16th\, and $25 after. Her wealth of knowledge in management and customer relations played a key role in the success of Frontier's contact centers.  Becky's leadership skills will help Frontier grow revenue\, advance operations and increase market share.\n\n \n\nBecky has been a huge contributor to the transformation of Frontier contact centers and previously led many of the states comprising the National Region.  Her experience in the contact centers will help her as she drives the Region.\n\n \n\nRecognized for her exceptional leadership skills\, Becky Potts has worked for a wide variety of renowned companies including Frontier Communications\, AT&T Wireless\, Morris Murdock Travel and Xerox.  She has served on more than 20 boards\, including the American Express Travel Board\, United Way of Salt Lake\, Wells Fargo and the Board of Trustees at Westminster College.\n\n \n\nAs Vice President and General Manager of AT&T Wireless Becky was responsible for more than one million customers in Colorado\, Idaho\, Nebraska and Utah. She managed a team of 700 employees and all distribution channels\, including retail\, business-to-business and indirect distribution. Becky was integral in managing the transition and mergers between McCaw Communications and AT&T Wireless\, and between AT&T Wireless and Cingular Wireless. Becky guided the AT&T Wireless sponsorship of the 2002 Winter Olympics. \n\n \n\nDuring her fourteen years with Xerox Corporation\, Becky achieved numerous sales awards and recognitions and received the President's Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement on a national level.  Under her leadership sales increased more than 300% over a four-year period. In addition to Becky's outstanding sales management skills\, she set a record for customer retention.
