To show its support of the local community\, a portion of the restaurant's opening day sales will benefit SCERA\, a non-profit organization dedicated to the development and advancement of arts and culture\, and wholesome and affordable family entertainment. The new restaurant will be the first in the area to feature a new "Modern Australia" design both inside and out. \n\n\n\n"We love being a part of the Orem community and are excited to open a new restaurant with a totally new design for our guests to enjoy\," said Jeff Weissgerber\, Proprietor\, Outback Steakhouse. "We're looking forward to seeing our friends and neighbors on grand opening day and to give back to a great organization."  \n\n\n\nTo mark the official grand opening\, the Orem Outback restaurant is inviting local area residents to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday\, March 4. \n\n\n\nThe new restaurant will feature a "Modern Australia" design with d cor that mirrors the indigenous flora and fauna\, adventure\, geography and leisure of modern day Australia. Guests will also enjoy an outdoor dining patio as well as a spacious bar area with customized seating and furnishings. \n\n\n\nIn addition to Outback's signature bold steak dinner entr es\, customers will be able to enjoy a wide variety of fast and affordable lunch options including lunch combos for just $7.99\, such as the Classic Outback Burger or Chicken Artichoke Flatbread\, or the new Aussie Fish\, Steak or Chicken Tacos. Plus\, beginning March 4\, guests can enjoy Outback's Steak & Lobster special\, back by popular demand.
