Utah Valley Home Builders Association
1443 W. 800 N. #103, Orem
This months WBN luncheon will feature J. RobRoy Platt of Platt Law speaking on Recognizing and Preventing Elder Abuse. This is a critical concept in many professions, and will help you recognize and address the issue if you see it with clients or customers (or neighbors, family or friends). RobRoy will help us understand why this is such an important issue, know the signs that the elderly are being manipulated or taken advantage of, and suggest strategies for stopping the abuse.
The luncheon will be held at 11:30 at the Utah Valley Homebuilder’s Association (1443 West 800 North #103 in Orem). We’ll start at 11:30 and end at 1:00. Cost for the luncheon is $18 if you register before Monday, February 16th at 5:00. After that it goes up to $25.
If you’d like some recognition for your business, please feel free to bring a door prize to be given away at the end of the meeting. The sponsor for this month’s meeting is United Way of Utah County. If you would like to sponsor a future luncheon, please contact Juanita Meske at Frontier Communications (Juanita.meske@ftr.com).
