The Six Steps to Planning and Execution
Step 1: What is the vision-goal? (Identify and align.)
Step 2: What is the current reality? (Why is there a gap between the vision and the current reality?)
Step 3: Clearly define the real issue. (Examine and analyze.)
Step 4: What are the best options? (Identify possible options, solutions and ideas – weigh all the alternatives.)
Step 5: Develop and implement the plan. (Engage key stakeholders before implementing the plan.)
Step 6: Evaluate the results. (Develop lessons learned.)
